How long do I keep access?
Lifetime access with updates. Your progress is saved for easy revisiting.
Do you provide certification?
You’ll receive a Plainbridge Candlecraft certificate of completion—great for resumes and client portfolios.
Can I sell candles made after your courses?
Yes, provided your candles pass your own burn tests and comply with local labeling rules. We explain how to test and document results.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 14-day refund if you haven’t completed more than 20% of a course. Contact us via the form on the Contact page.
Can I ask questions during the course?
Yes. Each module has a Q&A area moderated by instructors, and monthly live sessions for deeper dives.
