You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activities under your account.
3. Course access
Upon purchase, you receive a non-transferable license to view course materials for personal or business use within your organization. Sharing logins or redistributing content is not permitted.
4. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, infringing, or harmful activity.
- No attempts to bypass security or access non-public systems.
- No automated scraping of paid content.
5. Intellectual property
All content, including videos, text, and checklists, is owned by Plainbridge Candlecraft and protected by IP laws. You may not reproduce or create derivative works without permission.
6. Payments and refunds
Prices are listed in USD. Refunds are available within 14 days if less than 20% of a course is completed.
7. Disclaimers
We provide educational content “as is.” We do not guarantee results, sales outcomes, or suitability for a particular purpose. Always perform your own safety tests before selling candles.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant course.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the services at any time.
10. Changes
We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
